A little motivation for me to take care of my skin and do my hair more often than once a week;) I really love all the do it yourself scrubs I have been seeing around the web. They are a natural and healthy way to take care of yourself without spending to much money! Double score.
Also, my friends, I promised myself I wouldn't enter any contests for a while but much to my own dismay I spasticly entered Refinery29's "Next Style Blogger" contest! Biting my nails over this. So, again, I am asking for your vote. Luckily this is really easy to do so. Just click the heart next to my photo in the contestants section (its easier to find me under the "popular contestants" tab for now)! You can vote for more than one blogger if you have a few faves like me! Thank you ever so much!
P.S. I do have a few amazing giveaways coming up for you readers in on of the month of love! ;)

That scrub sounds amazing!! A co-worker gave me homemade peppermint scrub at Christmas and I can't get enough of it! Just voted for you, pretty lady. :)
ReplyDeleteI've got to try to do that braided up-do. So fun and intricate looking. Also, that scrub looks great… marking that down on my growing to-do list too! Thanks for sharing, Anna!!!

So, this might just be because I'm hair-do challenged, but why do you need to curl the hair before you braid it? Either way, looks gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI made sugar scrubs for Christmas the year before last and they were a huuuge hit! Peppermint is also great in the mornings!
I use a burt's bees oil scrub that I love. i most certainly will vote for you! I never do my hair. It is always up in a pony tail.
ReplyDeleteThe side pony is one of my favourite hair styles! And I'm going to try that facial scrub recipe too! Thanks Anna!
